At Everyday Fitness Solutions, I believe being healthy and fit isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution for anyone, and my goal is to find what works for you! Everyday Fitness Solutions offers a variety of plans that can fit any budget and get you started on your personal journey.

One-on-one sessions offer a more personalized approach where workouts are created specifically with your body in mind. We start off with an assessment to determine your current level of fitness. We also identify any areas of imbalance or weakness to be corrected while we work simultaneously on building strength and stamina.

If you prefer a group setting, grab a few of your friends and let’s get moving! Working out with others is cost effective, fun, and motivational. Small group sessions are a fantastic addition to individualized sessions or a great way to get back on a steady routine.

Don’t have time to get to the gym? We offer corporate training options as well! More and more companies are realizing that is in their best interest to invest in their employees’ health and well-being. Studies show that people who sit for prolonged periods of time have higher incidents of mortality, not to mention a multitude of health problems, from metabolic issues to poor posture and other muscular issues. She provides realistic strategies and goals to help you eat better (so that you get the most out of your training with her) and offers recipes and helpful websites to get your body on track. What I like most about Tracy, however, is that she cares about her clients and makes you feel like you are a priority. If you have questions about health/fitness when you're not in the gym, Tracy is always quick to respond and provides thoughtful answers. When you are in the gym with her, her attention and focus is on you for the entire hour. I have had other trainers in the past, but I cannot recommend anyone better than Tracy Treible. She is a lifesaver!

I've been training with Tracy for almost a year and a half and could not have picked a better personal trainer.

My exercise routine was pretty much non-existent until I started to train with Tracy. The tailored plan she put together for me took into account not only my fitness level but also, my likes & dislikes, my commitment level, fitness goals as well as my busy work schedule.
